Salary: £60,000 + Bonus
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Responsible Individual (RI) to join our expanding team. Our company operates two existing homes and has plans for two additional homes. The director, currently acting as the RI, is looking to step back and hand over responsibilities as the provider grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and operation of our EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) homes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain high-quality care and support for all residents.
- Lead, support, and develop home managers and staff.
- Implement policies and procedures to safeguard residents.
- Monitor and improve service delivery.
- Report to the director and contribute to strategic planning and growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Responsible Individual or in a similar leadership role within EBD homes.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to high standards of care and safeguarding.
