An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and patient-focused Salaried GP to join a well-established and highly regarded GP practice in Burgess Hill. This forward-thinking practice is seeking a dedicated clinician to become part of its friendly, supportive, and innovative multidisciplinary team.

- Stable and experienced clinical team including GP partners, salaried GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Efficient administrative and management support
- Emphasis on reducing GP workload through smart systems and workflow optimisation
- High QOF achievement and strong CQC performance
The Role
The successful candidate will undertake a balanced clinical workload with flexibility built into the role.
- 4–8 sessions per week (flexible)
- Manageable and capped daily workload
- Minimal home visits (where applicable)
- Protected admin time built into the day
- Opportunities to develop special interests
