A well-established and friendly medical practice in Chatham is seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care services to patients, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based medical care.
• Conduct routine consultations, including face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations.
• Manage chronic diseases, acute illnesses, and minor injuries.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, and continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

Requirements:

• Full GMC registration with a license to practice.
• Inclusion on the NHS performers list.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
• Experience in a similar role within the NHS is desirable but not essential.
