Salaried General Practitioner (GP) Maidstone, Kent
An established and well-regarded medical practice in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salaried General Practitioner (GP) to join its friendly and supportive team. About the Practice:

- A supportive multidisciplinary team, including experienced GPs, practice nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff.

- Emphasis on collaborative working, professional development, and innovative service delivery.
- Modern facilities and fully computerised (using EMIS Web or equivalent).
The successful candidate will:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to a varied population, including the management of long-term conditions, acute presentations, and preventative healthcare.
- Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations, as well as home visits when necessary.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, and allied healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care.
- Prescribe medication and manage treatment plans in line with best practice guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records using practice IT systems.
- Take part in clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and practice development.
- Support the training and supervision of junior clinicians and students if desired.
- Participate in Duty GP sessions, ensuring safe and effective urgent care management.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £11,000 £12,000 per session (depending on experience).
- Flexible working options Full-time and part-time roles available.

- Is fully qualified and registered with the GMC.

- Has an interest in clinical leadership, teaching, or a specialist area (desirable but not essential).
