Job Title: Senior Carer
Location: Market Rasen
Job Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: £13.17 per hour (42 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to elderly residents, particularly those with dementia.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Supervise and mentor junior care staff, ensuring adherence to care standards and protocols.
- Monitor residents’ physical and mental health, reporting any changes to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
- Foster a compassionate and respectful environment that enhances the quality of life for residents.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Proven experience in elderly care and dementia care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
