Position: Service Manager
Location: Worthing, West Sussex - Commutable from Horsham, Bognor Regis, Storrington etc
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
I have a fantastic new opportunity to work as a Service Manager for one of my most reputable clients!
The service itself is based in Worthing and supports adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and challenging behaviours. It is a supported living environment, close to local amenities and is commutable from parts of West Sussex.
As the Service Manager, you will report into the Registered Manager and run the service. You will manage the assistant manager and team of support workers - supporting them and undertaking their supervisions and appraisals. You will oversee care plans and compliance.
Service Manager Requirements:
• You will need to have minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Manager
• You will need to have experience with complex care and challenging behaviours
