Position: Support Worker
Location: Wembley - Commutable from Harrow, Edgware, Northolt etc
Salary: £11.44 p/h
We have a fantastic new opportunity for Support Workers to work in a 3 small sized care homes in Wembley.
My client has two requirements male and female to work on a full time basis working a variety of shifts that you will receive well in advance. You will be required to work weekends on occasions and either an early or late shift.
Within your role you will be required to support residents with a range of complex needs including learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You will be supporting them with their daily living and activities and do medication checks. You will work amongst a fantastic team and report into the Home Manager.

Support Worker Requirements:
•You will need have experience working in a healthcare setting
•You will need to have a full UK driving license
