Fantastic opportunity to join a developing care provider for a new supported living service across Bristol and Bath
This is an exciting opportunity to open up two new Supported Living locations, in Bath and Bristol both new builds for 5 people with Learning disabilities and Autism who will be supported to learn to live in the community on their own for the first time, develop new skills and pursuing exciting new opportunities and adventures.
We are looking for a Manager with proven experience in supporting people in supported living, who embodies a proactive 'can-do' approach.
You will be instrumental in supporting adults with learning disabilities, helping them live their lives their way.
As a Support Manager, you will lead, coach and mentor your teams to support people to be in receipt of amazing support, ensuring high standards of support are consistently met and maintained and create a working positive culture within people's homes.
