One of my clients a family-owned and run residential care home group. They are known for their consistency in delivering high standards of care. and vision is to provide high-quality care in a home from home environment.
We are looking for an experienced team leader to support our manager with the day to day running of the home.
About you:
You wlll have previous experience working in a residential care home is essential and you will ideally hold a minimum of NVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 (or equivalent).
Dedicated to delivering high-quality care
Experience of medication administration
Experience of writing and implementing person-centred care plans
Flexibility to adapt to the needs of our residents
A good knowledge of CQC regulations
A good knowledge & understanding of dementia
About the role:
You will play an important role in helping to ensure we are consistently delivering the highest standards of care to our residents.
Leading shifts, supporting the care team with best practice, training and support.
Writing, updating and reviewing care plans
Supporting the manager with a range of administrative tasks to support the daily running of the home
Carrying out internal audits
Administering medicines and completing MAR charts.
Supporting our residents with personal care and all aspects of daily life.
Delivering a warm and friendly service, in welcoming relatives and healthcare professionals to our home.
