Trainee Regional Support Manager
Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire
£35,000 plus travel expences
My client is looking for a Regional Support Manager to support homes across the portfolio of residential and nursing homes, they are a family-owned provider that have grown over the last 12-18 months with plans for further expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their first multi site role.
Main Responsibilities of the Role;
• Supporting management/ regional Managers with any Safeguarding issues within the services
• Liaising/ supporting homes with CQC
• Supporting managers with Local Authority/ compliancy teams
• Conducting general/ specific Audits within services as needed
• Ensuring services are supported to stay within budgets
• Helping homes reduce agency usage
• Helping homes increase occupancy
• Troubleshooting wherever support/ guidance is needed
• Covering manager sickness/holidays when needed to support the homes
• Covering the floor in emergencies when and if needed
• Help ensure care planning software is utilised fully
