Role: Turnaround Manager
Sector: Care and Nursing Homes
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £57,000 + Car Allowance + £2,000 welcome bonus
Purosearch are currently looking to speak with commercially driven and quality focused Turnaround Managers who is experienced in service improvement within the Care, Dementia and Nursing Home sector and can evidence troubleshooting experience as a Home Manager within another organisation.
The Turnaround Manager is a regional role across the West Midlands and will be hands on in supporting Home Managers within homes where there are challenges or issues as well as supporting homes to improve CQC outcomes. The Turnaround Manager must be flexible and have the ability to travel and to remain at one home for a period of time in the absence of a Home.
The ideal candidate for the Turnaround Manager role will have the following experience:
• A successful Home Manager with a track record of GOOD CQC reports.
• Experience of troubleshooting failing homes.
• Have demonstrable knowledge and experience of Adult Safeguarding issues.
• Commercially and quality focused.
• Experience of management of budgets.
• Able to implement actions arising from performance and audit reports.
• Full clean, valid UK driving license.
• Multi-site experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
