I have a unique and exciting opportunity in a newly developed role within a large care home, this role will over see a 30 bed unit specialising in Dementia Care
You will manage and develop a team of hardworking Senior Carers and Carers that require leadership and guidance to ensure that they are delivering the highest standards of care.
Key skills required:
• Excellent careplan writing skills
• Experienced in medications and medication audits
• Have strong leadership skills and lead by example
• Enjoy working with a hardworking team and over seeing the quality of work
You will be rewarded by working in a home that has a family environment and an excellent salary
The role:
• Working 5 days over 7
• Supernumerary (not counted in the Care Hours)
