Care Home Manager required to join care home / residential home based in a beautiful area of Liverpool. A fantastic, small, care home, in an idyllic seaside location.
Our client prefers to hire an experienced Care Home Manager / Residential Home Manager. Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports.
As Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will develop the home. You will oversee care planning and ensure that the home is as successful as possible. You should have an NVQ Level 5 qualification.
The successful Care Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experienced care home manager
- Proven track record of successful care home management
- Proven success in the care home sector
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
- Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Strong business management
Duties will include:
- Overall responsibility of the care home
- Care plans/reviews/meetings
- Budget management for the home
