My client seeks a personable, friendly and caring Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead with a stable background and strong knowledge of elderly care / nursing care. Clinical Nurse Manager candidates should have managed teams of nurses and should be able to train and mentor junior nurses.
As Clinical Nurse Manager / Clinical Lead you will manage a team of experienced nursing and care staff and you will help to ensure that care is delivered in excellent fashion. The successful Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead candidate will be:
-Strong experience as Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead Clinical Nurse Manager / Senior Nurse
-Strong elderly care / nursing home experience
-CQC legislation knowledge
-Strong nursing / clinical skills
-Good communication skills
