Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Dementia Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager in the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care for residents with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Home Manager in the overall management of the care home.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.- Lead and motivate a team of care staff to provide exceptional care.- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents' needs.- Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews.- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.- Handle emergency situations and resolve any issues promptly.- Participate in the recruitment and selection of new staff.
