Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Near Banstead, Surrey
Salary: £37,500 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
My client is a well-established, family-run care home organisation, dedicated to providing the highest standard of care in a warm and welcoming environment. They are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join their growing team in one of their prestigious care homes near Banstead, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations, maintaining high levels of care.
Oversee the care of residents, particularly those with dementia and complex care needs.
Supervise, train, and support staff members to ensure the best possible care is provided.
Assist in managing budgets, staffing, and the implementation of care plans.
Essential Requirements:
Previous Deputy Management experience in a care home setting.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and how to ensure compliance.
Strong understanding of dementia care and complex care needs.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Ability to work well within a team and support the development of staff.
