Job Advert: Deputy Manager
Location: Near Redhill, Surrey
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Starting at £37,500 per annum
Mt client is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join their well-established care home. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home.
Ensure the delivery of person-centered care to all residents in line with CQC standards.
Lead, manage, and inspire the care team to maintain high levels of professionalism and care delivery.
Work collaboratively to achieve excellent CQC ratings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide strong leadership and support in the development of staff, including training and mentoring.
Use your expertise in dementia care to provide guidance and support to staff and families.
Essential Requirements:
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and a proven track record of maintaining compliance.
Ideally, you will already be an established Deputy Manager in a care home setting with experience managing teams and operations.
In-depth dementia care knowledge and experience is essential.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a collaborative team.
A passion for working in a family-oriented environment and supporting residents with dignity and respect.
