Purosearch are wroking with a long standing charity organisation for adults requiring care and support and older people and are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse Deputy Manager.
You will:
Assist the Registered Manager in the day to day management and leadership of the service.=
Focus on the delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met within the ethos of service
Support the Team in the Managers absence.
Assist in ensuring compliance of Care Quality Commission statutory requirements.
Provide effective leadership and performance management.
What you must have:
RGN Qualification and registered with the nursing and midwifery council.
Management qualification or willingness to attain.
Previous management experience.
Extensive CQC knowledge and experience.
