Circa £50,000 - £55,000
A passionate & dedicated Nursing home manager is needed for a large nursing home in the Dunfermline area with a growing provider.
The ideal Home Manager for this Nursing home that is operated by a small UK wide care provider is a home manager of at least 2 years experience an NMC PIN would be desirable, although if you have Nursing home experience this would also be accepted.
As the Home Manager you will have 24/7 responsibility for the home, managing a team of dedicated care & nursing staff to ensure the residents are living their best life, including CI inspections, Health & safety aspects, recruitment, budgeting, training & much more.

The ideal Nursing Home Manager:
• SVQ Level 4/5 Leadership & Mgmt/ NMC PIN
• Experienced as a Home Manager- at least 2 years experience
• Exceptional CI/SSSC/NMC knowledge
• Experienced in recruitment, budgeting, auditing & excellent communication skills
The home itself:
• Circa 60 beds
• Located in the Kirkcaldy area of Fife
• Caters for the elderly & those living with dementia
• Rated at 3's & 4's with CI
• Small UK wide company with a growing presence in the area
