Our client require a Care Home Manager / Registered Manager / Nursing Home Manager in Bristol to oversee their 34 bed residential dementia focused service. We are ideally looking for a manager with a background in managing residential services specialising in elderly care.
As the Care Home Manager / Registered Manager you will manage this well presented nursing home which is a luxury service. The care home boasts fantastic facilities with an excellent environment that has been designed specifically for the care of elderly service users. The home has a great reputation within the local area.
As Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will have full responsibility for the home this will include hiring new staff, overseeing training and home promotion. As Care Home Manager / Registered Home Manager you will ensure compliance with CQC standards and liaise effectively with CQC Inspectors. Care Home Manager candidates should display solid business skills including successfully filling beds and developing the homes profile within the local community.
The successful candidate will be:
-Care home management experience
-Strong elderly care experience
-Knowledge of CQC legislation / marketing / high calibre care provision
