Circa £57,000 + Car allowance
Are you a Home Manager with exceptional turnaround experience and a proven track record of improving CQC grades?
I am looking for a Turnaround Manager in the West Midlands that is passionate about making continuous improvements across a range of Nursing Homes on behalf of a nationwide care provider.
Turnaround Manager Benefits:

Turnaround Manager Person Specification:
• Strong Nursing Home Manager experience (essential)
• Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) (desirable but not essential)
• Proven track record of making and sustaining improvements within a care home environment
• Lives in the West Midlands and happy to travel across the region and further if the role requires
• Experience delivering high quality relationship centred care
Day to day role of a Turnaround manager:
• Supporting home managers in improving and achieving good CQC grades and improving the lives of the residents of multiple homes
• Covering managers sickness, annual leave and interim management.
• Helping with audits, budgeting, occupancy and reducing agency use
• Building and improving positive relationships with key stakeholders
• Multi site role covering West Midlands predominantly but occasional travel further afield may be required
