Childrens Ops Manager

Overseeing the running of 3 brand new EBD homes

The role encompasses several key responsibilities. First and foremost, it involves ensuring the effective safeguarding of the young individuals residing in my clients 3 homes across the South East London area, and taking on the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead on behalf of the company. Additionally, the position calls for providing strong leadership, management, support, and guidance to Registered Managers as they work on the development of our Children's Homes. Ensuring compliance with financial budgets in accordance with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted's inspection frameworks is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Successful Applicant:

• Management Qualification equivalent to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Care, or above.
• A minimum of five years' experience in a position in the management of Children's Residential Homes of which two years must be as a Registered Manager.
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle.
• Handles pressure with ease
