Salary Up to £50,000 plus on call payment
Excellent new service which opened in 2022 is looking for a Deputy Manager to work alongside an established Manager. You will have experience of working with Mental Health, Learning Difficulties, Autism and Challenging Behaviours as this service does offer care for people with extremely challenging behaviours and complex mental health needs.
The provider has an excellent reputation for giving only the best and highest standards in care with their sister home achieving Outstanding Outcomes with CQC

You will be;
• RMN or RNLD qualified with Active PIN
• Able to lead and manage a team of nurses
• Manage the home in the managers absence
• Experienced working with Challenging Behaviours
• Passionate about nursing
