Residential Home Manager
Chesterfield
Circa £40k

We currently have an opening for a robust and forward thinking Care Home Manager to initially troubleshoot and then successfully manage a residential home located within the Chesterfield area.

The home is currently rated at GOOD & is a small service, less than 10 beds that specialises in mental health conditions including autism & brain injury The home has a strong staff team & are looking for a manager to become someone who can integrate themselves well in the team & home. This post would be an excellent opportunity for someone that has a passion for mental health, in particular autism & complex care & who is looking to join a progressive organisation. We are looking for somebody with a good reputation within the local area and with CQC & has experience within a managerial role in a specialist residential service.

The successful candidate:
• Will be an experienced home manager of a residential service
• NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Mgmt
• Experience of maintaining standards and maintaining a good local reputation
• Good marketing experience
• Experience with budgeting and finances
• Passionate about mental health & complex needs
