Registered Nurse Manager Holbeach
Location: Holbeach, Lincolnshire
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per year (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Manager to take the lead in overseeing the daily operations of our well-established elderly care home in Holbeach. Key Duties:
•Take charge of the overall management and smooth running of the care home
•Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the healthcare team
•Ensure the home meets all CQC standards and regulations, maintaining a high quality of care
•Design and implement personalized care plans for each resident, focusing on their individual needs
•Oversee the efficient use of resources, managing budgets and staffing effectively
•Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare partners
What We're Looking For:
•Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
•Experience in a senior or managerial nursing role
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
•A genuine commitment to delivering person-centered care at the highest standard
•Familiarity with CQC regulations and care home compliance
