I am working with a wonderful and very highly rated elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their medium sized nursing home / care home in Southampton commutable from Fareham, Gosport, Portsmouth, Winchester etc.
I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful, luxury care home. This is a well established care home with fantastic reputation in the Southampton area.
The care home / nursing home offers nursing and residential care to older people including frail elderly and dementia services users.
The nursing home requires a hands on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / registered home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing / elderly care. Any troubleshooting experience would be advantageous. Deputy Manager candidates stepping up are considered.

- Ideally should be a qualified Nurse. Experienced, high calibre manager candidates will be considered.
