Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and compassionate Paramedic Practitioner to join a dynamic and supportive healthcare team in Cheltenham. This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced paramedic practitioner with a passion for providing high-quality patient care within the community setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of minor injuries, illnesses, and medical conditions in a pre-hospital environment.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.

Provide on-the-spot clinical assessments and treatments, offering immediate interventions and advice.

Deliver high standards of clinical care, using evidence-based practices to support positive patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and skills updates to keep up with medical advancements.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Paramedic, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Advanced clinical assessment skills and experience in urgent or emergency care.

Experience in a variety of healthcare settings (e.g., emergency services, urgent care).

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices.
Desirable:

Additional post-graduate qualifications or advanced clinical training in urgent care, advanced practice, or other relevant fields.
