£67-£70k + £8k Car Allowance + Benefits
South West (ideally Devon or Somerset based)
Nurse qualified Peripatetic Manager / Troubleshooting Nursing Home Manager required to join a well respected elderly care home provider to oversee the management of homes across the South West. As Peripatetic Home Manager / Troubleshooting Home Manager / Relief Home Manager you will oversee the management and development of homes delivering care to elderly frail users and dementia sufferers in nursing homes.
Our client is looking for someone who is ideally based in Devon or Somerset, have a valid NMC PIN but also be willing to travel nationally if required? Although you will be 'based' within the South West there may be times you have to assist other Regional managers.
Peripatetic Home Manager / Troubleshooting Home Manager / Support Manager candidates must have a very good background in elderly care home management. Candidates with some multi-site management experience will be preferred but candidates looking to take a step up from a Home Manager job will be accepted. Peripatetic Home Manager / Troubleshooting Home Manager applicants need to have specific experience gained in turning around homes and developing services. Successful Peripatetic Home Manager / Troubleshooting Home Manager candidates must be fully aware of CQC standards in addition to displaying excellent business skills.
