Role and Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients across a range of services

Managing chronic disease clinics (e.g., diabetes, asthma, hypertension)

Performing routine health checks, vaccinations, and screenings

Supporting the GPs with minor procedures and clinical tasks

Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to clinical governance standards
Requirements:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration

Experience in primary care or community nursing preferred

Strong communication and organisational skills
