Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency calls, delivering high-standard patient care on-site.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and initiate appropriate treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including GPs and hospital staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide advanced clinical interventions within the scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
• Educate and support patients and their families regarding health management and preventive measures.
• Contribute to community health initiatives and outreach programs.

Qualifications and Experience
• Registered Paramedic with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Extensive experience in emergency medical services, preferably in a pre-hospital or community setting.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform advanced life support techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and efficiency.
• Valid UK driving license.
